The FNB Wealth Graduate Exploration Programme gives young talented individuals the opportunity to rotate around the business to spent time in Private Banking, the Transactional Banking and Lending Product Houses, Wealth Advisory and some of the enabling areas such as Risk, Marketing and Finance. On the programme, graduates learn how to network, work efficiently together and are given many opportunities to promote themselves while becoming aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
